The Rooter Dude

One of the easiest 5 star reviews I have given. This company is EXCELLENT! Quick to respond, on time, friendly, reasonable prices, and LOCAL! Shane and Griffin came to replace my busted water heater; after I spent over a week waiting on my warranty company to do it (my claim was eventually denied). One of my neighbors is a home inspector and immediately recommended The Rooter Dude. I called them late in the evening on Wednesday, received an estimate that same evening, and they were at my home first thing the following morning. I've never been so happy to see people before my first cup of coffee, haha! They were done before lunch, cleaned up everything, and hauled away the old heater. To say I'm happy with their service is an understatement. They are truly amazing and gained me as a plumbing customer for life! I cannot recommend them enough. If you have ANY plumbing needs, look no further than The Rooter Dude. I guarantee you won't be disappointed!

So pleased!! I called with a blocked line and I even got a response on a Sunday. Opted for them to come next morning. 6 ft of roots had broke through my line. Had me fixed up in no time. So friendly, knowledgeable and a breath of fresh air to deal with. When finished we could not even tell their were here. Side note: I have had two other people out for this problem $$$ with no fix. Thank you so much Shane.

Completely happy with our experience on 12/10/2024. Shane did a great job communicating with us throughout. He showed up on time and did exactly what he said he was going to do. Did it right the first time. Very professional and we would definitely use him again.

The Rooter Dude is an immaculate company, I would highly recommend. Shane was very punctual, completed his job in a timely manner, he did an excellent job by fixing the house water pressure. On top of that he even cleaned after himself, I would recommend him highly.!! To top things off his price is wonderful very budget friendly.!! Thank you!

I would give 6 stars if I could. We’ve had total home back ups multiple times in our rental home over the last two years and every other plumber just ran a snake until the water cleared and told us it would inevitably happen again because our pipes are old. Shane and Griffin were incredibly professional and brought in equipment that actually found the problem which was tree roots in our main sewer line. They were able to find the blockage, dig it out, and even installed alternative access points to our sewer line outside so that future issues could be dealt with more swiftly. Even though I’m a renter and they were hired through my landlord, they took the time to explain what they were doing at every point. They were kind and friendly from start to finish and I cannot recommend this company enough.

I’ve been in the maintenance field for many many years and Shane and his company have set the bar the highest I’ve ever seen it. Professional, highly skilled, state of the art equipment, reliable, honest, communicates, efficient, if I could come up with more positive adjectives I would! Drain issues? Call him!

Great experience with The Rooter Dude, worked with both Shane and Griffin. Had them replace and adjust a few items (one major one) and so far the work seems very quality. Great communication, great service. I would recommend to anyone.
